I've never had a massage before and was quite anxious about it. Before my appointment Trudy talked me through options to ensure I was comfortable and knew what to expect. She let me lead with how I wanted the session to go and what I was comfortable with. She also gave me great body aftercare advice and during the massage explained what she was feeling and what that meant I was feeling. Trudy really knows how to read your body and what she needs to do in response.
I'll be back!

As this was my first experience at Get Up and Glow I can highly recommend the salon. My usual hairdresser was ill and I needed a haircut for a special occasion. I was naturally a little apprehensive, but I was made to feel at ease throughout my time there, the cut was as I wanted it and I was very happy with the result, nothing was too much trouble. The salon is very clean and the girls are consummate professionals. I will be back 😊 Thank you doesn't seem enough.
