• We will not provide treatments to under 16s without a parent or guardian present. Some treatments that we offer you will have to be aged 18+.
• Patch tests are required for specific treatments at least 24 hours before appointment.
• If you do not turn up to an appointment, 100% off the appointment fee will be payable by th client.
• Less than 24 hours notice of cancellations will incur a 50% appointment fee.
